Great Find

On Saturday we went yard selling to look for a toddler bed for Emery (getting ready for new baby, if you know of one for a great deal let me know) and instead found this awesome ping-pong table. It is almost brand new and a super deal! We have actually wanted a ping-pong table for a long time but just figured it was something we would get when we are all done with school and can afford it. :) So we were thrilled to find it. We figure we can sell it for what be bought it for when we move, if we need to. We actually had a few people say they would buy it when we leave. It has been very fun so far and the weather is perfect for it right now. Emery even loves to sit up on the table and try to hit the ball. I think she is going to be a natural. Come play if you want, we would love to see you!

Birthday Priviledges

Yesterday was my Birthday, the big 25!!! Yikes!!! I can not believe that I am a fourth of a century old. Anyway, I decided that I wanted to live the day up and do whatever I wanted to do, when I wanted to do it, and I did. First of all, I pulled out my Halloween decorations and put them up, ooooh kind of early I know, but it sure was fun. I will take a picture of the outside of our house tonight, I am more pleased with that. Then I took a bubble bath, in the middle of the day. For dinner Tim made me one of my favorite foods (lasagna). Then to finish it off we had a party with all our friends and I ate all the ice-cream Oreo cake (Tim made) I wanted, yummy! What a day! Thanks Tim for spoiling me rotten and all the people who called or came over. You made my day great!

Peaches, Pears, and Pizza

A few days ago, Tim's sweet family picked me up (while Tim was at work) and took me to St. George so we could do some canning at Brett and Jennies house. I found out that canning peaches and pears is a lot easier than doing strawberry jam. Then we had delicious pizza for dinner. Yum, yum..... It was so neat to see Emery and her cousin Sadie start to play with each other a little bit. They are so close in age that it is so fun seeing them grow up and play together. It was great to get out of the house and learn something new.

Park Fun

Almost every morning Emery and I like to go to the park. It has been awhile since I have taken pictures of her so I thought I would take my camera with me this time. We are so lucky to have this park just a few houses down. She is now big enough that she climbed up the stairs, down the slide and off the slide all by herself, which makes it very nice for me because I can sit and watch her now, especially when I am feeling tired or nauseous! ;) She is growing before my eyes. What a joy she is! It makes me excited to see what this next one is going to be like. It will be nice for her to have someone else to play with when it gets a little older. Siblings are the greatest!

Very Busy

I guess it is time for a little update. We have been VERY busy lately. Between that and being sick (morning sickness) I just haven't had the energy to get on the computer and blog. Now that things are a little more settled in our house and I am feeling a little bit better I guess I can get back to the blog world. Tim has started another semester in school, which seems to be going pretty well so far and I went to Logandale for the last week and a half with Emery. It was a really great trip. We went to a football game, tennis game, swimming and to a zoo. I wish I had pictures but Tim had the camera for his annual Day Family Reunion. We found out that I am the picture taker in this family because he only got this one picture of him on a bike. Which is a very cute picture. :) So I am excited to have my camera back so I can start blogging again.
